Your Health & Safety Are Important To Us!
As we work and live in these unprecedented times and navigate through the impacts of the Coronavirus, we're taking the necessary steps to ensure our clients and staff are safe when visiting our building. Please know that these extra precautions by our staff, and recommendations for our clients, are put in place to protect everyone and help slow the spread of COVID-19. We ask that you read through the new procedures/recommendations prior to your first scheduled lesson.
Entering / Exiting
We're asking all students and parents to wait in their cars and not enter the building until 5 minutes prior to the start of the lesson time to help eliminate the number of people in the building. When entering, please use the main door by the front desk. After you've completed your lesson, we ask that you exit using the side door by the vending machines. This enter/exit process will help create a 1-way foot traffic system.
Please continue to check in at the front desk for your lesson like normal. Please try and practice social distancing and follow the markings on the floor to ensure there is at least 6 feet difference between you and other people. For future lessons, the Front Desk Staff are always available; however, you may also utilize the online booking portal on our website.
Family/Friends In Building
In an effort to lessen the amount of people in the building, if you are a parent who would like to watch or catch your student during their lesson, we're asking that only (1) parent participate, rather than both if possible. Siblings not taking a lesson should stay home whenever possible.
It is recommended that face masks/facial coverings be worn while inside our building. This applies to all staff, instructors, students, and parents. Each student will be provided with a "facial covering" to wear during their lesson. The mask will be provided at no charge to the student when they return for their first lesson. These masks can be rewashed and we ask that these be brought with you to every lesson moving forward. If you forget your mask, we will have extra available for an additional charge.
Sanitation / Disinfecting
Our staff has been instructed to disinfect/sanitize the waiting area, front desk, and bathrooms at least every hour. Softballs, baseballs, and other equipment will be sanitized and rotated regularly to help eliminate the spread of germs. There will be sanitation stations throughout the facility to use and our bathrooms are also available for hand-washing. Remember to count for 20 seconds (Happy Birthday song twice) when washing your hands.
If you are experiencing or have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms the past 2 weeks, please cancel your lesson. (Cough, Fever, Chills, Congestion, Shortness of Breath/Trouble Breathing). You will not be charged for lessons cancelled due to COVID-19.
If anyone has questions or concerns regarding these new policies and recommendations, please notify the front desk, or send an email to email@example.com. We value your business and appreciate your patience during these times.
